Due to an expanding business, in 2005 Western Aerospace relocated in Waltham Cross to a building which required extensive internal refurbishment to accommodate their industrial equipment.

As part of the conversion, a steel framework mezzanine floor was constructed; optimising the space of the building, and planning was obtained for external works structures to house plant.
