Perewell Developments Ltd was founded in 2004, in response to a growing need for quality commercial architectural services and has since undertaken a variety of projects in residential and commercial sectors ranging from £10k to £1 million.

Based in Harpenden, our projects have encompassed Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and London. The majority our work has been gained through personal recommendation from satisfied clients, who vary from private developers to commercial and retail businesses.

Perewell can provide all the architectural services required for commercial projects, from alterations and conversions to new builds. We have extensive experience covering all project types, and have skilled and friendly staff on hand throughout the project.
