In 2006 Our client acquired land in Park Street on the south side of St. Albans, and instructed us to coordinate the constructtion of 5 bedroom detached family homes, forming part of a small exclusive development and to be constructed to a high specification.

The brief was for impressive and beautifully presented well proportioned accommodation of approximately 2,500sq ft each with landscaped garden and to the front a driveway with off street parking for 3 cars.
